"We rented two units in this location #3 and #4. I copied my review from the other unit. I have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and/or (Hidden by Airbnb) sites throughout the country and this one was spectacular! Outstanding Location! Right on River road in town within walking distance to downtown, Main street and the River Park. Many restaurants in the area. Only about 15 minutes drive to La Cantera and the Rim Shopping Centres along with 6 flags. And just about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes to the airport, downtown San Antonio, River walk, etc. So much to do in Boerne and San Antonio! The house itself is an older building that has been renovated with incredible detail and nice touches. The art work and decorations were really beautiful in a rustic but modern Texas style. Everything seems brand new including the comfortable beds and the entire building inside/outside. There is a cute upstairs common area with filtered water, ice machine and sitting area/kitchenette with a large tv. Our room had an individual coffee maker (keurig with a lot of different pods), refrigerator, microwave and dressers/irons. There was a huge TV in our room. It was nice to have so much space...better than any hotel room I have been in recently! The front of the house has a nice low maintenance garden with a porch to sit and hang out. The back yard has a very private pergola and garden which is really cozy. There's an area to start a fire and grill (which we did not end up using). Andi, the host, was super friendly, responsive and easy to reach. She guided us through the process of getting to the house and inside with no problems. Each room had an electronic key (and a physical key, if you wanted). She had some breakfast pastries already laid out for us. We really felt she did an awesome job and she checked in on us frequently while respecting our privacy and time. Overall, a truly outstanding location and experience!"
